Reading the narrative on Amazon, I would say yes but without the Cricut machine, you would have to manually cut what you've printed. It's also unclear how photo quality is as compared to "artwork".

If this is a sticker, I'd check to see if your printer won't overheat this - I assume you want to print on top of the design? Remember that laser printers will throw out toner and then heat the page up quite a bit - don't know if it will work like label stock.
