If I can't use a coupon for pickup it is a waste of money.

What was the Grubhub tipping scandal?
As part of the rollout, the company defaulted to no tip. Drivers said their earnings were slashed as a result. The lawsuit alleges the way Grubhub explains the driver benefits fee continues to deter customers from tipping.

Not that I advocate tipping or not tipping, but I wouldn't want to piss off my food delivery driver and therefore I don't order delivery at all.
