I flipped mine upside down and sockets easily fall out. Lol if that helps. I wouldn't recommend

I got mine at HF and it holds when upside down, I didn't jostled it, afraid of losing my 10mm 😂

FYI width of each length varies. Scroll through pics for each length to see which drive size of sockets will fit that length.

Anyone have one of these, is the magnet the right strength to hold fast even when jostled around, but not make it difficult to use?

Is the large 18" version wide enough to hold 1/2" impact sockets? Anyone know the width of this version ?

I seem to remember one of these that had two 10mm slots. I know we all joke about it, but if I had these sitting side by side and the otherwise identical one with two 10mm slots was like $1 more, I'd probably opt for that one.

I need a set that I can toss in one of those Ace Hardware bag that goes on sale every other week. I probably won't have the need to hold it upside down but they will get jostled. Any recommendations?

HF actually has a 10-piece set of various 10mm sockets. Genius move.

Which brand makes the best socket rail for the buck? Magnetic or not? I am looking for a good one about 8 or 10 inches for 3/8 drive. Cannot decide.

This one from Walmart seems the best, but it is a bit too long.

Harbor Freight is really late to the game. Others, like Gearwrench, Snap-on, Carlyle, Astro Pneumatic, etc., have been selling sets of 10mm sockets for at least a decade. That Harbor Freight copied a successful idea from others, I guess, is genius. It does seem to be their business plan.
