FWIW, I've worked with dieticians and health coaches who recommend buying fish oil or krill oil high in DHA and EPA fatty acids. This doesn't specifically state how much are in here.
If it's low in those two things, then you're not getting anything beneficial. If anyone is an expert feel free to correct me.

360mg combined DHA and EPA according to the bottle, per 1 softgel. So you'll get 72 grams of DHA and EPA per bottle, which you would need to eat about 300 cans of tuna to match. A 5oz can has around 250mg-300mg from what I saw. Other sources like mackerel would have much higher omega though.

On the label it says only 360 mg of the 1200 are of DHA and EPA. I'll pass

Feds are telling you not to take this stuff any more. Causes heart issues like afib. Especially if you use above your recommended dose.

Just eat some fish.

360 mg combined from what I read. Seems there are options with higher number.

It's a bit weird they don't list the mg of DHA and EPA and instead say 1,200mg Omega-3 Fatty Acids, but only 360mg of EPA, DHA, and Other... which could be 10/10/340 for all we know. This is for 1 softgel.

Comparatively, I buy the Nutricost ones which have an inflated serving size to show bigger numbers, but the relative values are very good. For a single softgel there are 833mg Omega-3 Fatty Acids, of which 400mg are EPA, 283mg is DHA, and 150mg is other.

You'd need to take ~2.3 of these pills just to hit the same Omega-3 Fatty Acids level as the Nutricost and even then you're not guaranteed to the same level of EPA and DHA (and I would bet it's not the same ratio/level because they aren't listing it).

Cost wise, I think that does make these cheaper in terms of total Omega-3 Fatty Acids, but with unknown levels of EPA and DHA it's impossible to say for sure.

It's not 360mg combined DHA and EPA. It's 360mg DHA, EPA, and Other.

Great timing. No lie - I ran out and was literally going to go to Amazon this morning to look for a refill. This works out perfectly. Thanks OP.

Me neither, and what he said does not make sense. If eating fish is good like he said, why would taking fish oil cause afib? Of course if you take too much of anything it's bad.

I think that ratio is pretty common for a lot of fish oil
