The cheapest I found yet for a nice set of components in the (Mini-ITX) form factor for those that want to build a smaller PC setup. Adding these three components together brings the CPU cost down to $119.00. Not bad. Must add the following to get the price down on the entire package:

You must buy your own CPU cooler. The Intel CPU does not include one.

I got the Noctua NH-D15 Black and it maintains temperatures under 70C on high load. Make sure your PC case will accomodate the cooler depth. Some mini-itx cases may not.

You may be able to mix and match the motherboard and memory model combination with this CPU on the website. If you remove any of the three from the cart the price jumps back up.

This is a nice deal. B760 is fine vs z790 as you will likely not oc this chip in sff, just enjoy as much turbo headroom as your cooler allows.

The d15 as mentioned is a great cooler but only fits in a handful of itx cases (I had one in a torrent nano which is a huge itx case). The peerless assassin and phantom spirit 120mm fan coolers from thermalright are almost as good and fit in the majority of itx cases if anyone is looking.

$50 more nets you 64gb and a z690 strix itx on newegg, imho a slightly better deal. If you don't need the 64gb, you can get 32 for roughly the same price as this one on microcenter and they deliver.
