Too slow. Everything except a couple of the sleeping bags is out of stock.
Everything is still available, O/S stands for one size fits all. Just add to the cart, I just ordered.

The Camp Awn Shelter is an excellent price and value and I encourage anyone looking to buy it at this price. I bought this earlier in the week when it was 40% off and thought it was a good deal then at $120.

Put it up in the backyard this week to check it out. It's such as well thought out design, many little conveniences features, to make countless configurations. Plus it comes with stakes, attached ropes, two nice aluminum poles, and travel bag.

After buying 4 more just now (for gifts and an extra for me), I return to share the news with Slick Deals.

By the way, I just checked the price on Amazon for an MSR collapsible aluminum pole of the same size/quality and 1 pole is $79. So you can literally get this whole set for $10 less than the price of one pole.
You convinced me I need it! In for one.

Good value on imported mesh tents for low elevation summer camping if that's what you need. Mesh tents are useless in the Rockies and anywhere you might encounter a sudden shift to harsh weather, high winds, sand storms or sudden drop in temperature.

My 4 season M.H. Trango mountain tent withstood windstorms. large hail, heavy rain and snow. Nice to be able to close it up to prevent hypothermia, The substantial frame prevented collapse. When the fly de-laminated even with good care M-H stood behind it. Trango is $$$$ but real protection costs money.

R.E.I. is a great place to get the correct equipment for your specific needs.
These tents are 3 season tents and come with a water proof cover to keep you dry. As long as you don't plan to camp out in deep snow in the winter, they will work just fine in the Rockies. A tent is not going to keep you warm. That's what the sleeping bag is for.

What would be a good option for 40F+ bike packing for two?
A big agness 2 person bike packing tent with short poles so it can fit on your handlebars has been fluctuating down to $299 on amazon lately but is currently $449:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QB52MGW
Keep in mind, a 2 person tent is narrower than a full size bed at the feet and some prefer a 3 person tent for 2 people. If you got one of these

These are way too heavy for backpacking..
Not true. The Mineral King 2 and 3 person tents are 5 and 6 lbs each. This is the same as REI's entry backpacking tents. The aspect 3 person is just over 4 lbs for a three person. That is right in the middle of most high end backpacking tents of that size (3-5 lbs).

I personally still use a 5 lb 2 person REI tent that I got year ago and never had issues with the weight. My son's old scout troop backpaked a lot and their old Kelty tents were even heavier (over 6 lbs each) but were never a problem.

The average person is not getting these to through-hike the PCT. They are section hiking a trail and will be out for about a week or two tops. An extra pound is not likely to be noticeable. There are also other areas where you can easily shed weight and spend a lot less money doing so. The least expensive is shedding the weight many people carry round their midsection every single day. My recommendation is to get something with decent quality that is affordable (ie avoid cheap walmart tents) so you can actually get out and use your gear. If the hobby sticks, then upgrade the gear as needed. There is no need for new people to go out and spend thousands of dollars on ultralight gear, if they use it once before getting relegated to a closet.

Dang Slickdeals....I have been looking for a 2 person tent to start getting into backpacking again. I am starting my decent into retirement over the next 5-10 years, my youngest just graduated High School and I have a dream to hike the Appalachian Trail someday. I didn't really want to blow money on an ultralight tent, and had been eying a Mineral King on the GovX website....this is an awesome deal! Picked one up!

This is the best tent deal I think I've ever seen. These tents aren't top of the line, but definitely worth $100.
I got a Coleman Helios for $100 ~2013 😁
Probably time to get a backup, so many options here...
I mostly kayak camp, size of the packed tent is more important to me than weight (my yak is very bouyant, but I can only strap on so much gear)
