It is imperative to watch the video that is the second pic in the listing.

Here's some insider tip:

Want grip strength? Grab anything that's super heavy, and try to hold it as long as you can. Then repeat 5x times. Increase as needed. Done.

They used to sell (or maybe still do) the exact same adjustable grip strengthener at Five Below. At the time I bought it for $3. The quality was crap; it broke in half after a few months mid-workout.

It works but it's flimsier than it looks and probably not accurate for the adjustable weight. But at the end of the day it's well worth $7 to get you started.

Does it make your fingers look shredded? ... probably not.

I've lifted for decades and never used anything like this. Best thing I did for grip strength was to stop using gloves. I felt like I needed them to lift heavy outside the gym until I stopped using gloves.

FYi, I bought it for $5.99 and it was a 2 pack two weeks ago. This isn't a slick deal at all lol. These are cheap and can't manage much weight. I would recommend you just buy the 2 pack ones for $5-$7. Don't be suckered into this "deal"

Here's an example of a 2 pack for $5.99:

Honestly not sure if that video is sincere or a joke. Maybe both?

I bought this awhile back. It can get the job done, but it's a low quality product that won't last long. The 5 finger flex stretcher thing came apart shortly after using it. The other products are made with cheap plastic. The rubber ball is really nice though.

This offer seems like a good deal for the price. If truly looking to increase your grip strength, the Iron Mind - Captains of Crush line of grippers has been the gold standard for a while.. more expensive ($25+), but very high quality..

11 levels, from 60 lbs to 365 lbs

I purchased a set a couple years ago from Amazon and for the price I love it and I think it's so cool that you could adjust the tension with the dial It's worth seven bucks

Want grip strength? Do lots of pull-ups, rope climbs and deadlifts.
