These taste like seaweed smells. I gave them a chance, and made myself eat them. They are really, really horrible.
Have you had the Costco brand?

SD needs a '??' button we can click on as replies because sometimes I just don't know what you guys are talking about.

I could never figure out, are the levels of cadmium and lead in these things not a problem at all? I guess if you only eat a little bit, but we love seaweed. But how much would be too much?... what kind of expiration dates did you get on these?

Could these be used like wakame for miso soup? Or are they too flaky and thin

Not necessarily; the 6 count has a lower price per unit count, but each unit (box) is also half the weight so you're paying a higher price per sheet of seaweed.

They're really bland and tasteless. Costco seaweed is an 8/10, these maybe a 2/10. Everyone I've tried to pawn them off on really dislikes them.

You put time in a clear plastic bag and smash them. This is how Koreans do. Then they put the pieces in rice cake soup.

I normally buy these or the ones fried in avocado oil, which is healthy compared to the bad canola oil used for the Costco seaweed.
