I'm dubious but if it's a legit product at a legit price then it's a good deal. The laptop is sold by "Amazed Com", which doesn't have many reviews (~150). Seems suspect.

Scam careful, Ship and Sold Amazed Com, he is trying to buy your trust, and assume you are buying from Amazon.com

The product listed IS NOT what the product description says and it not legit.. If you scroll down to "ABOUT THIS ITEM" part (which is just under the price). It says this:has an i7 9th gen processor and if you go to the product details, you'll see it has a 1660Ti with 16GB RAM and a 256 SSD.
