Walgreens don't let you proceed to checkout unless your cart value is $10.
1. To make sure your cart value is $10 - add some other items. This is just to make sure the cart value is above $10.
2. Open your cart in two tabs (tab1 and tab2) - both tabs shows the cart value more than $10 at the point of time.
3. Now in tab 1, proceed to checkout and go to the page where you enter the card details.
4. Once you are in checkout page in tab 1. remove the unwanted item from tab 2 and now refresh the tab 1. this will allow you to complete the purchase from tab 1 with less than $10.
I was this trick someone posted here before and it worked for me. Give a try.
