A few years ago, I bought the BIC Comfort 3 Hybrid Men's Disposable Razor from Walgreen's and I would have been better off using a jagged tin can lid....it would have been less painful.

I have to agree with this. After trying the 3 major razor brands, BIC are the only ones that leave my face bloody after a shave.

Not sure why this is zero
This is the ONLY dispoable razor I've used for about 20 years. It doesn't cut me up but I generally use a wahl trimmer first over my beard to cut all the long hairs. I don't think any straight razor disposable is designed to accommodate the debris. My dad used to use a single blade in the old days and they were better design but you would cut your face everywhere.
When you find a razor that works for you, you need to stock up when they go on sale like this. At this price, it's cheap enough to try out for yourself.
If I use an electric razor first, I need these to clean up my neck.
