You realize a person can like something for themselves and it doesn't have to be compared to games from a TOP 5 list? Saying his standards are low seems like an old school Kotaku comment forum type response to try to insult and stir someone up.

I don't think he has low standards, I think he has different standards.

Example I personally don't think Final Fantasy 7 is a top 5 Japanese RPG of all time on a personal level, and many people would agree with me. Some even say that if you were a FF7 fan you were a bandwagon rpg fan who joined because of the PS hype, which I don't agree with. Doesn't mean anyone is right, it's just personal preference. Different strokes and all.

Such a great game. I think it's my second favorite metroidvania after Hollow Knight. A steal at this price!

I 100% echo this exact sentiment. Having just beat the game about a week ago I'm really happy with it

This is a really great game overall. It's challenging but forgiving as you can adjust difficulty on the fly. Well for the purchase even at $49.99

Someone has low standards when it comes to Metroidvanias... Metroid Dread, Blasphemous, Ori one and two are all better. It's a solid game but no where near top 5 level.
I just finished Ori 1 and 2 before rolling into PoP a few days ago and I completely disagree. While Ori was great, I prefer PoP. All are great games though.
