Picked up a pair of these at the last round, and I'm happy to have the batteries as well. They shipped separately which caused a problem because the lights did not arrive nor could home depot provide a tracking number. I spent a couple hours on the phone and an associate walked me through a return and rebuy. In the end, I got what I ordered, and the lights are good. They are bigger than the m12 rocket light that I have been using - feels like twice as big. The M18's don't truly point downwards, just sideway at 90, but they are brighter, run longer, are more stable on a wider tripod, and they don't blind me by being right at eye-level like the m12 rocket light, and importantly, the batteries don't get stuck. It's almost painful trying to dig m12 batteries out of the lamp base.
