We've been using Kirkland basically exclusively since our son was born (he's 2 this week) and haven't had any issues. You really can't beat the price and quality.
Target often runs gift card promotions promotions that beat this. There's one going on right now. Their diapers are similar quality and are this price on a regular basis (size 5).

I noticed my Costco store now stocks a Huggies size 7, is there a Kirkland size 7 or Kirkland pull-ups?
None.

Just curious, but anyone else have issues with these diapers? Purchased NBs and Size 1s last time the sale was on for our son and noticed a lot of threading / materials would come loose from the diaper when he was wearing it. A bit problematic as they were sometimes found wrapped around sensitive parts. Anyone else have a similar experience?

We loaded up on Huggies last month with the sale, but would love to go back to Kirkland at this price...
I never had any issues so far.

Kirkland brand is very good. Been using them since my baby was a month old up to now 7 months. They have incredibly good thick absorbent material to prevent leakage even on a full diaper in the morning.

In the exact same boat. No issues and can't beat the price with Kirkland.

I've used Kirkland on my two kiddos with no problems. I much prefer them to other brands we've tried (Pampers, Huggies, Millie and Moon, Honest). I've always stocked up during these sales - the best value for diapers out there.

Also, perhaps you're mistaken as Kirkland has not offered newborn size diapers for as long as I've been buying (last 3 years) - they run size 1-6.

If I cancel my order, does the limit reset? If so does anyone know how long it takes?
You can buy 2 per size per day online and 2 per size per day in store so up to 4 per size per day during the sale

Thanks, I did read that on Reddit and was going to test it tomorrow. Customer service also offered to adjust it if I placed the order at full price. But I would have to wait until it ships for them to do that

Huggies

Pampers
huggies are also not good quality. Pampers are the best quality for me. Tried all of them but baby settled with pampers

Kirkland and Huggies are both made by Kimberly Clark which is why a lot of people say they're the same. They are indeed extremely similar. The main difference is the sizes don't match up one for one and the printing is different including the markings for where the Velcro goes

Some diaper batches are linty. About six months ago our Kirkland 2's were the lintiest I'd ever seen of any diaper. Then it just stopped.

Pampers are less linty IMO but they're very different than Kirk/huggies. They're scented, less floofy, and absorb differently. I don't think one is better than the other except on personal preference. IME pampers lead to fewer poop blowouts and Huggies/Kirkland lead to fewer pee leaks.

For me the biggest thing that stopped blowouts and leaks was moving up to the next size as soon as my child reached that size. I've had 2 leaks and 3 or 4 blow outs in total for my current 15 month old by following that schedule.

Up to about size 3 pampers and kirkland worked about the same for us. The pampers are higher quality. At size 4 the kirkland are hard to open compared the pampers and my kid likes to squirm during changes so it made it harder to use the kirkland diapers.

But i'm not super pleased with the size 4 pampers. The velco tab where it attaches to the back part of the diaper is a harder plastic on the size 4 diapers than it was on early sizes and I can see it scratching my babies legs when I change him.
