Insanely overpriced! I have a few MagSafe chargers that wirelessly charge my iPhone Apple Watch, and AirPods Pro, did not require use of OEM watch charger, and came with USBC cable and power adapter, and I didnt pay more then $30 for any of them.
You definitely can. The Anker is a much more premium device. It feels it, looks it, is official MagSafe etc. Whether it's worth the difference in price to you is well, up to you. I have the Anker next to the bed and so does my missus. That should tell you how I feel. 😅
If you have a costco membership this same model is $89.97 using costco next. Costco next is "costco prices" without the "unlimited return" policy of purchasing direct from costco. To the people asking why this is so expensive, anker is a premium brand so you pay premium price. Although Ankers newest "prime" lineup seem to be going down in price now that they've been out for a while.
More than likely better build. Also, the one linked only does 7.5watt charging on the phone and the anker does 15. Haven't dug into it too deep, but suspect that the anker will also fast charge the watch. Once you get into the higher wattage chargers the price really skyrockets.
