If editing 4k video, you'll definitely need a laptop with a dedicated GPU. This laptop is more of a media consumption device and for doing some office work.
Fine; it's plenty fast for a little kid doing basic Roblox. When they get into Call of Duty, then you will need a machine with a serious GPU.
For editing video, most video apps can fully use the iGPU included in this setup. It's pretty good, fine for basic use.

I spent 1k on Dell Inspiron laptop with 64 GB ram ,i7 processor etc but it's a shitty laptop sometimes struggle to play YouTube video.

I always get the Inspiron 2 in 1 and I have never been disappointed. Touch screen, beautiful screen, much lighter than Basic Inspiron and no performance issues.

I think a lot of us (could be wrong?) have some old 2.5 SSD form factor SSD drive lying around even if it's one of those ancient 240 GB or thereabouts drives so no harm plugging one in and getting some extra storage if it's just sitting around doing nothing

although sadly it's $90 for the 1 TB model but back in it's day was very highly reviewed ... on the other hand there are people who say cheaper, non DRAM 2.5 form factor SSD drives are perfectly fine too.. in addition to adding more storage space for files and so forth (I really like the idea of files on a different hard drive so if you're forced to restore an earlier version of Windows you don't lose the files) you can put a windows backup on the secondary drive too (if you can find the free version of macrium reflect 7 I like that one in particular)
