The s series is the high end one so performance will be better but obviously more expensive.
Roborock just released new models within the last 2 months, so all of theses for sale are at least 12-24 month old models.

All of the Q Revos have automatic mop lifting but not brush lifting. Only the Revo MaxV has the brush lifting afaik. Also, several of the Youtube comparisons I have watched seem to like the spinning mops more than the vibrating mops.

So far everything is great have it set up for twice a week Vac then Mop. Saved a lot of time, yes the obstacle avoidance is a bit weaker but like another poster said clear away the cables and such then you will be fine.
Great deal for the price, we paid around $660 for ours last BF, plus with refurbished deal you get an additional year of warranty if I recall.
Their support has been good for us as well, went through a replacement process and everything was completed timely.
The support communication isnt the greatest as you have to go through chat and email, but they were response from our experience.
I was looking at the eufy x10 pro Omni. Is the q revo the better buy here? X10 is 679 on amazon atm.
In my opinion the eufy is a better value than the q revo.
