I have a Q Revo and it's only okay. Had big problems with it when it was shipped and Roborock customer service was the absolute worst. Buy it from Costco if you can. Better return policy.

Q Revo is the best "value" amongst what's for sale. The Costco version (same machine + accessories) is at an all time low for $670 fwiw. The knock on the revo is poor obstacle avoidance, but if you basically pick up loose cables and your dog doesn't poop in your house, you should be good.

The s series is the high end one so performance will be better but obviously more expensive.

Roborock just released new models within the last 2 months, so all of theses for sale are at least 12-24 month old models.

Q Revo and S7 Max seem to be new lows, S8 Pro Ultra seems to be tied to it's last previous low of $800.

Btw, rtings says the more expensive S7 Max Ultra is worse than the less expensive Q Revo (double check my facts but they should have similar enough features that the S7 Max (non-V) seems like a bad deal vs the Q Revo).

I recommend the S8 class of robot vacuums (dual roller design) for pet owners.

I have hardwood floor. And need to use special cleaning fluid (wsshing with water will ruin it). Can the Q Revo take different cleaning fluid. What do people with hardwood do?

My roomba/braava combo has annoyed me enough that I'm ready to replace them.
I was looking at the eufy x10 pro Omni. Is the q revo the better buy here? X10 is 679 on amazon atm.

I bought a refurbished S7 MaxV ultra back in September from their eBay store. Showed up and looked new. Dock had the plastic protection stickers still on it. Robot had under 10 minutes of run time on it.

I may have gotten extremely lucky but really happy with the refurbished I received.

You have to use their own cleaner or else it voids the warranty

I don't see the Q Revo on Costco.com. I see the QX Revo for 749.99 as the only Roborock available even with "show out of stock items" checked.

The sale ended yesterday. It will likely come back again though as a sale seems to come around every other month for it on Costco.
