Carbon steel offers excellent food release once you understand how to use it. I've never used this brand so I can't attest to it efficacy but I feel like it just using words as click bait, surprised it doesn't say gluten free.

Just get a cheap Winco carbon steel wok from your restaurant supply store or Amazon, and spend a bit of time seasoning it. There are lots of YT videos. These are light and heat up quickly. Even after seasoning it will still stick a bit, but as you use it that gets better and better until its virtually nonstick. No handle to get loose etc., but you may need a glove to hold it.
