I have this strap for the Quest 2 (IMO it's superior to the Elite strap). Very similar design, other than the fittings. One disadvange is that it will not fit in a standard Quest case without removing the rear head cushion.

I just got a bobovr style strap after having this type of strap. The bobovr works better for me because it takes the pressure off the sinus cavities if you have sinus allergies. You may want to consider the bobovr.

It does, quite at a bit. it shifts the contact points to put more pressure on the back and the front band. Assuming you don't rachet it down all the way, you don't even feel it pressing on your face. I'm sure if you play more intense games where you move you head faster look down a lot. You will need to rachet it down, which pushes the headset on around your eyes. I have a silicone cushion cover so it doesn't irritate my skin. But the stock and kiwi style were just pushing on my sinuses whether I ratchet it down or not. For short spurts it wasn't bad but after 30 mins it hurt and I felt my sinus headaches coming on.

I don't think it's that much better than the elite strap but it is better value. However since the Costco deal that's going around contains the elite strap I don't think it's worth buying it to replace.

This is by far the best strap for this unit, I thoroughly researched this and watch many different videos ultimately making this purchase with the battery which can now get for $45 with a coupon on Amazon. I'd certainly recommend the power backup one. But for this price you really can't go wrong
