SoT is more like older South Park story and jokes. More old school characters and a fantasy style story like LotR.
FBW is more like newer South Park episodes, like a Marvel action story with the newer characters, and they took the jokes a lot further. Added movement and directional attacks to the combat.
Seriously, if you haven't played them, this is a steal.

You're just going to have to find an old Sega dreamcast, unless there are emulators out there. I think it was SP Rally, it just featured Al. and Sadam Hussein.
