That can be said for any brand if not worn or cared for appropriately as intended. I have GAP jeans and sweatshirts that are over 5yrs and still look new.

Anyhow, anyone else that loves GAP and wants to add more savings just buy gift cards there are usually always GAP, Old Navy, Bana Republic or Athleta gift cards on sale for an additional 10% - 20% off, you can use any of those brands for any of those stores.

The factory stuff is definitely of lower quality. Honestly, Gap factory feels worse than Old Navy regular.
