I will say this though, I haven't used the 14" chop saw version of this wheel but I have used the 6" and they're great for longevity but probably take at least double the time to make a cut versus a normal cutoff wheel. A Lennox rep dropped off some wheels for us to try out at work, I don't think anyone used them more than once. Now for personal use at home, where you have to buy your own consumables the longevity would probably be greatly appreciated, but when you're not buying the cutoff wheels yourself and the old ones cut more than twice as fast it's a no brainer to stick with much quicker Walter zip cutoff disc.
