Very fast preheat and the circulation for any convection cooking is aggressive so adjust timing and setting. Example is a frozen pizza got pretty crispy with suggested timings.
Fwiw, consumer reports ranked this top 5 in its class if I recall correctly.
I use it mostly to reheat leftover subs, breaded chicken, etc that were in the refridgerator to get a good crunch back (bake mode), leftover pizza (pizza mode), cook french fries (air fry mode).
I rarely use the top part but the bottom is used almost daily.
With this one we use a silicone type of tray liner and wash the trays after every use. They still look like new after 4 months of daily use.
