In for 1. Tried to buy a few, but it's limited to one.

Edit: thank you to the folks pointing out that multiple orders are possible at the same sale price.

But lots of people don't want a can of spray cooking oil that is seed oil (like Pam). They want things like avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. So for that, it is better (and cheaper) to buy a big bottle of oil and fill it in a spray bottle.

I think the whole thing about not using cooking sprays on non stick cookware is over generalized and mostly urban legend. I use it on all of my T-Fal pans and have never had an issue. I wash everything with Dawn. Maybe if you just wipe out your pans and don't wash them with soap you could get some build up, but it's not going to ruin Teflon.

Not sure if it matters but this is a glass bottle and not plastic.

If a person doesn't get it too hot and cleans immediately after cooking it's not so bad but lecithin is one of the few things that bonds to nonstick coatings.

Only let's you buy 1. I want a few more even though I don't use oil sprayers for cooking, I personally don't understand it. I've never struggled with limiting my cooking oil usage.

But I do like to use them for spraying water that I infuse with essential oils for hair and skin care. They tend to do a better job and last longer than typical water spray bottles.
Not true. You can order multiple times.

This thing is disposable not even worth $2 before you buy think about how hard it's going to be to clean this and all the nasty stuff that's going to get accumulated in the oil when you fill it up and how hard it's going to be to refill it when all you have to do is buy a can of spray cooking oil for a couple dollars
soak and cycle hot soapy water with baking soda after each oil cycle to maintain.

Tool maintenance technique is just as important as tool application. Don't live in fear.

I wonder if you can use this for butter if you heat the butter a bit in the glass container first

I saw an Instagram reel of someone just washing their Heinz ketchup bottle with the no spill valve/diaphragm thing on the lid and using that for their cooking oil. I did that and it's been working great for past few months. Plus, you can change it out every time you finish a bottle of ketchup

Once it cools back down, I think it will solidify (and likely muck up the internal pump part too). While I have not experienced this, I foresee it as a probable challenge with using it this way.

Good tip.

Anyway, in for 3.

Good point, since that butter won't be heated ever again really

I was able to do "buy it now" twice and complete two separate orders at the sale price.

Just heat up water with whichever blend of essential oils you like and stir. The scents transform and can take shape into something really pleasant when you heat them and blend them in water. I personally like 3 drops of lavender, 2 drops peppermint and 2 eucalyptus per quart of water.

You can also fill the spray bottle only a third of the way with water and add a drop before aggressively shaking the bottle. You need a lot of empty space in the bottle for the agitation to do work.
