I have never had any problems with SBs offers. I can almost guarantee that if you use the app between 12-6 PM then you will see the discount at checkout. If not, it's likely an issue on your end.

Should probably mention it's only on handcrafted drinks (no brewed coffee/teas).

I've had the same problems with these promotions as of late. At first the promotions didn't show up in the app. As of late they have been popping up in the app but the discount does not show up at checkout.

You can only use one discount a week, so if you have a bogo and a 50% off, you can only use one. That was my problem anyway.

I've also had the same happen to me a few times with these deals although it was just the first time in a long time that I even went to sb.. embarrassing and just have to end up paying the full because ppl are waiting behind you staring 🫠

Prices are getting ridiculous, especially in Cali. I try to only buy when sales like this are happening.

Yeah, I always check with the barista when ordering to make sure the promo registers. Had to call CS a few weeks back because it didnt show up, but they credited me the $

I don't think they're limiting offer to one per user per week. Would leave a bitter taste in consumer perception.
