Yes it is. And you can get three 5.3oz tubes of the Kirkland brand generic at Costco for about $30 every day.

This is great stuff for all muscle aches and pains, not only arthritis.

Yes, it works for all muscle related pains.

What I would also suggest is regular self-massage of areas like around the knee. Doing this helps me.

FYI I was unable to apply Amazon visa points to the order without losing the no rush delivery option. So if you're not seeing that method that could be why.

It's not for all muscle related pains. It's for certain areas of the body and the torso is not one of them. Think elbow to hand and knee to foot. That's it unless you're under a doctors care. This isn't a "Ben gay" alternative.

Also it's primarily for treating arthritis and joint pain. Not muscle strains and aches.

I use this for gout attacks, leaves the area cool, and increase the healing time frame to get back to your daily activities. it's like tylenol that gets infused into your skin and pain area.
