The eucalyptus version is on sale for $78 too. Supposedly $299 msrp compared to to $279 for the teak, which is kind of weird.

Generally no, which is why this seems weird to me. I got the teak one figuring I'd return it if it's junky, but it seems pretty decent. Fairly light-colored, and will need to be oiled unless I decide to let it weather and turn gray, but still seems like there must be some catch I'm missing.
