What are you on about? You could get shot at literally any store in any city in any state in the U.S at any time. Imagine Charlotte being a dangerous place to live/shop 🤣.

Born/raised. Woodlawn isn't the best neighborhood for certain but that whole area is undergoing gentrification to be sure.

I guess my point is it's a big city and anywhere you go there are going to be dangerous places you should avoid. Parking your car and shopping at a Microcenter in Charlotte just doesn't set off alarms in my brain about needing to be armed or to fear for my life in order to do so.

I doubt that is the case, as the Charlotte store has actually been open for a few days already despite this being their official grand opening day today, these prices have also been online for a few days as well.

The ad was released a few days ago, but like Microcenter has posted numerous of times in the Facebook comments section, the grand opening sale prices doesnt go in effect until the grand opening, not during the soft openings. And if it's like any of the other grand openings, most of the sale product didnt show up until last night (same thing they do for black friday at all of their stores).

I was there on 6/1. The grand opening prices were in full effect. Lots of unadvertised specials. The place was a zoo.

All the Gaming desktops are posted, but has anyone looked at purchasing one of the B series and adding a video card? I might just go budget and buy the g518, but not a fan of the 4060 8gb I guess.

That G517 is one of the best budget deals I've seen in a long time.

Little low on RAM and storage for 2024, but matches the frontpage Cyberpower in gaming for half the price.

I'm not up to date on pc part pricing but I paid 800 for 3080 alone in 2021, msrp, so this looks like a pretty good buy
