Just keep in mind that most powders are 5g per dose. These pills are 2 pills for 2.5g. So this would be a 25 day supply at 4 pills per day. If you would rather use pills, then this would be for you. But it would be cheaper to get in powder form.

Not bad at all…when creatine first hit the market en masse around 1995-97, I remember a "deal" was 1kg of grainy powder for about $50. Adjusted for inflation and quantity, that would be like paying ~$100 for this…not $13.

EDIT: total amount in the bottle appears to be 1250mg, not 2500mg. See comments below.

No, it's 2 pills for 5 grams. It's a 50 day supply at 5 grams/day (NOPE, this is wrong, Burnttoast is right)

But you're right on plain powder. Far far cheaper... as much as half the price of this per gram.

Example for 2X the amount for the same price--- with S&S and promo coupon :

Thanks for pointing this out, something doesn't add up. It says 100 pills and you're correct that it's 2 pills for 2.5mg.

Therefore there's no way this bottle is 2500mg, it's 1250mg. Am I crazy or is this just Amazon's poor labeling? I tend to think ON is correct.

Are you sure? The nutrition facts on Amazon says "Serving size 2 capsules. Amount per serving 2.5g"

Front Label says 5 grams/serving on one pic and 2.5 grams/serving on another. They've got something screwed. Maybe this is 4 a day. That's just dumb if so.

You are right. Straight from their site:

It says consume 2 pills with a meal twice daily. So you take 4 pills per day. So this is only a 25 day supply compared to the powder which seems to last me many many months

2.5g should be sufficient enough. You don't need to be taking 5g daily.

You pay extra for convenience always. If you're looking for a good deal on creatine, capsule form isn't for you. This is a great deal for capsuled creatine. But of course if you compare to buying the raw powder, powder will always be cheaper.

Great product - I don't tolerate the new powders and these capsules have been great. I bought the 200 pack a while ago for $40 so this is a great deal for the 100 count.

I take this plus the nitric oxide and great results - just be consistent.

Thanks for sharing OP!
