Ya know, I was gonna make a comment about $42 for 2 gba games being a ripoff, then I remembered I played these games on my $220 analog pocket and decided to hold fire and retreat into my glass house.

If you've never played these games, they are a ton of fun, definitely worth $42. Between the 2 gba games and the original Nintendo ds version, this was probably 50% of my handheld gaming as a kid.

Thanks. Been waiting a long time for the price to get down to a reasonable level. Saw Nintendo put the physical version on sale but shipping killed the deal and no one price matches Nintendo. Glad Amazon finally did. Can't wait to play this again.

Graphical/Audio updates and some minor QOL stuff. But they're more or less unchanged otherwise.

i own these GBA cartridges, but if i had a Switch i would still totally get this. the base gameplay is really a lot of fun.

For practical purposes it's a port of Advance Wars 1&2. The only real quality of life update was fast forwarding the AI's turn.Online play was a missed opportunity as it does not allow for asynchronous play.

I thought the AI's turn was already kind of sped up, and at least let you see what it took out. I remember there was one level that seemed impossible to beat on the old cartridge even using an online walkthrough so I had to give up. I feel like trying again after all these years. Very addicting game.
