It's baffles me why someone with absolutely no interest in a deal at all opens it and spend time to respond. The brand is MUSCLEtech my guess is their target market is people that actively try to improve their health by exercise and diet.

I used to think the same thing. There's enough people who are smarter than me saying thing similar to the contents of your article.

But then I hit 45, and - while looking at my bloodwork - my various doctors started recommending various dietary supplements (including a multivitamin) for various reasons specific to my personal health.

Following their advice, my bloodwork has returned better in subsequent years, and I have likely staved off diseases of concern (at least for the time being).

Dietary supplements have their place. As with all things regarding health, consult with a doctor. What your doctors says should handedly trump what the interwebs does.

But yeah... if you don't have a medical or at least health professional directing you to take these sorts of things, you're likely just making it so that you have much more expensive urine. To each their own.

I go back and forth between these Muscletech Platinum Multivitamin and the Optimum Nutrition Multi. This is a great deal for the 180-count.

It's not really meant to make you healthy . It's a "just in case" you are under nourished for a vitamin for the day. But in reality it's not necessary, as long as you're not eating the same meal 3x a day .
For me I use Kirkland organic vitamins sourced from actual food.

Deficiencies produce problems after years, not minutes, who do you know who is in perfect health, cause I know like 1 person.

Good deal. I have epilepsy and ginkgo biloba has seemed to have a negative effect on my seizures so this is not for me. Looks like a good blend of stuff otherwise though and a good price.
