Instant Pot skirted with canning in their pressure cooker but bowed out after legal issues. I hope they'll come back to revisit the issue as it would be more convenient than using these stove top solutions and the easy to lose weights you put on top of the steam valve to get to pressure. Also use distilled water instead of hard tap water if you care about hard to remove calcium carbonate water spots on your jars and pot.

Or put a splash of vinegar in the water to keep the CaCO3 at bay.
