Includes the following sensors:
- Radon
- You can't see or smell it, but long-term exposure to this radioactive gas is the top cause of lung cancer in non-smokers.
- Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
- When it reaches high levels indoors, carbon dioxide (CO2) can cause poor sleep and trouble concentrating.
- Temperature
- Temperature is not just a matter of comfort, it can negatively affect sleep quality, mood, and alertness.
- Airborne chemicals (VOCs)
- Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are airborne chemicals emitted by everyday items - many are harmless but some are toxic.
- Air pressure
- Changes in air pressure affect radon levels and, for some, they can trigger headaches, joint stiffness and pain.
- Humidity
- High humidity promotes mold growth and aggravates asthma symptoms, while too-dry air can lead to skin and throat irritation.

You'd have to setup Home Assistant to 'fuse' all the separate data and if you had a multifloor scenario. Hope the View Plus comes back on sale.

It's got a decent sensor in there according to the tear down.

For those not knowing what PM2.5 measures…
PM2.5 is a way to measure how clean or dirty the air is. Imagine tiny, tiny pieces of dust or dirt floating in the air. These pieces are so small that you can't see them with your eyes. PM2.5 tells us how many of these tiny pieces are in the air.
Here's a simple example:
- If you blow up a balloon, and then let it go, it flies around and then falls down. Now imagine instead of one balloon, you have lots and lots of tiny balloons floating in the air all the time. PM2.5 tells us how many of these tiny balloons (tiny pieces of dust) are in the air we breathe.
If there are too many tiny pieces, it means the air is dirty, which can make it harder for us to breathe, like when you play outside on a windy, dusty day. If there are fewer tiny pieces, the air is cleaner, like when you're in a nice, fresh park with lots of trees.
ViewPlus also measures PM1 - 1 um or smaller particulates that can go deeper into your pulmonary system than 2.5um
The Aranet AQI measure on Amazon is also a decent cheaper product if needed
