Grrr.. I really wanted this last year. I bought the Snow Joe deal, and it's fine for what I need. But now I'm in the market for a new self propelled mower and it'd be great to save on a "tool only" deal or bank even more batteries. Decisions....

I wonder how people would "test" this during summer, or just wait until winter giving up any possible return windows?

FWIW I have a years old Ego 56v leaf blower, and it's still an absolute beast.

Didn't look at the model but it's $100 difference. Two batteries and a charger are worth much more than that. If you don't need the batteries you could sell them

If anyone was wondering this model was release in 2022. The new model 21xxAP does not have a steel auger it is rubber/steel auger. Which I don't know why EGO went that way for their current new model. SMH.

I saw comments saying the new rubber/steel self propelled model got stuck in wet snow as well. So thus steel auger is better in my opinion. The rubber is required for the self propelling purposes but that make snow stuck

Do they? I've had mine since 2020 and they still keep a strong charge. Don't know that I've noticed any degradation at all
