clear cache and data for the app, log in again, click Rewards at the bottom, then My Rewards at the top. it'll ask for location permission, then boom, the reward page will pop up

This doesn't work. If you've updated the app recently, the reward won't load right now.

I don't have Chrome installed on my phone. Just for fun, I deleted the Chick-Fil-A cookie I found in Safari, but the Chick-Fil-A app still doesn't load the reward.
