Also cannot create new accounts, their website and app are total piece of garbage just like the corporation itself.
Go to settings -> location, then find "app location permissions"
Find chik-fil-a, allow location, and the reward popped up =)

Find an older android device, get the app, login, you will see the offer, then offer will also appear back in your iPhone. All you have to go is login once from an android device in your account.
