I bought 3 of these at this price last time. They're fine. I haven't had any issues with washing them. For $7.40 they're hard to argue with. They're also flannels, so the worn in look kinda works for me and I liked that I could get them in a slim fit.
These do shrink a bit and you have to flatten them out after washing/drying but for less than 8 bucks a really solid work from home shirt that you can wear other places as well. Solid choice under a vest.
To me you get more than you pay for at 8 bucks, but to expect a high quality shirt at that price point is not a legit thought process in 2024.

Any recommendations for decent brands but still halfway affordable? Old Navy and JCPenney suck these days, quality is it nearly as good as 10 years ago.
ok, i bought 2 of these before winter. they suck, they are so crappy that after 1.5 months of working in them and washing them, they where 100% garbage and gone and falling apart.
i know its not ideal, but the shirts at walmart ARE better quality and if you want even better quality go to tractor supply, they have some great longsleeve shirts and are generally on sale every few months
the tractor supply shirts have been through hell with me. yard work, welding, mechanic work. they handled it all well but my dummy self ripped the button off the sleeves on 2 of them, but i just sewed them back on.
also tractor supply has some great jean prices as well. i end up getting a mix of shirts from wallyworld and tractor supply. and all my pants from tractor supply.
