Don't really consider Brooks a great deal until they get to $65 or under per pair. Stocked up on Adrenaline GTS model a couple years ago with they were $55/ea. Brooks makes great shoes, they last a really long time.

I am not huge runner but brooks have treated me better than all other brands have tried including asic. I like that they have wide sizes (not in this deal) but I always replace insoles in all my shoes anyway as that is the biggest area most mfg skimp on

Can't speak to the other specific models but the Ghost 15 is a good beginner running shoe. It's considered a daily trainer that's good for walking as well.

Are these good for gym (lunges, sqats, etc)? I wear Hokas but the inside area near the back is tearing.

Maybe but I wouldn't wear them having a 12mm drop. I'd rather have something with a near 0mm drop

Yes, Woot has been having regular deals on Hoka, Brooks and On Cloud. But very limited colors and sizes.
