my recent experience with Intex is "single use", then leak forever... anything has to be better. I'm desperate to find something which will survive for multiple uses even on a bonus room carpet (this should be a pretty low standard, which sadly Intex manages to fail)
I got so sick of rebuying these over and over and over because they all leak. I switched to the folding foam version for when kids come over, and have a trundle i got for free off craigslist, plus a folding couch in my office now just in case.

I have a single person sleeping pad from this brand and it's one of my favorites. However it rolls up to the size of a small sleeping bag so I don't always take it along with me.
Any firsthand experience on this compared to typical intex basic air mattress? don't know if being 7" is better than 10"

Does anyone know what the valve size is? I am trying to figure out what type of adapter I can buy to convert my car pump to inflate this while car camping. Thanks!

I've had good luck with Ozark Trail mattresses (twin size), a couple of years ago I used them daily, they would last a couple months before developing a leak.
