Correct, it's a good strategy which I would use if I wanted anything made by fender. Fender and just about everything fender owns / makes has been on sale so far this year, with a 10% off promotion for fender / squier going until the end of the year. They must have a lot of inventory and not a lot of sales, so if you're in the market for a fender related product, there's a good chance they'll have a discount on it sooner or later.

Anyone know if you can make multiple $300 gift card orders and redeem all of the gift cards on one account?

Here's my plan to stack discounts:
1. Make three gift card purchases on account 1 and send gift cards to account 2.
2. Redeem bonus $45 gift cards on account 2 (is this possible?)
3. Buy guitar on account 2 using all of the gift cards and 10% first time order discount.
