If you want a wireless sound bar system just buy it you won't regret it.
Also have seen 3 deliveries of this unit. 1 mine 2 friends ALL had mangled boxes.
Shippers love to chuck these due to the size and weight of the box (it's heavy!)
But all 3 were perfect cosmetically and fully functional once unpacked. Samsung places mostly air and cardboard at the ends so most damage goes no where. Cheers!

Same. Soundbar has a small unnoticeable dent. I called customer service and they gave me a $50 refund for the inconvenience. No issues with the sound connectivity.
Also, I didn't order it with the additional rear speakers. That was a mistake. I'm looking all over for them but not at the prices that I've seen. 300+ new. 240+ refurbished. 160+ used reconditioned. From Walmart to best buy and etc. The best buy near me wouldn't sell them separately despite selling a used 11.4 system.

As for the weak base, there are a couple of settings that should enhance the base (easier to adjust using the Smart Things app). Also, try relocating your sub to different areas in the room and see if it improves.

absolutely love it. room to configure speakers and sub to preference. granted, i came from a 9 year old soundbar and im sure there are cheaper ones that are good too. but figured this isnt a bad deal along with wrakooten cb.
also got this soundbar in 2 days and theres a 60 day "Trial" for free.
