As a price reference, Costco Wholesale's Kirkland Signature Nitrile Exam Gloves [costco.com] is usually $24.99 for 400 gloves, which works out to be $6.25 per 100 gloves. For this deal, it is $2.49 per 100 gloves. Also, I think Kirkland Signature gloves are 3 mil, whereas these are a bit thicker at 4 mil.
Of course, not all brands of disposable gloves are made equally. I personally have been using Venom Steel for years, although they are pricey. If anyone is interested, YouTuber Project Farm did an interesting test of disposable gloves: Best Gloves (Nitrile vs Latex)? Venom Steel vs Grease Monkey, Hardy, Phantom, Raven, Gloveworks [youtube.com]
I poked around and found out that these are branded as Hand-E Touch, and the Amazon listing of the 3 mil version is here [amazon.com].
I hope this helps,
Tofu Vic
For less waste, I usually just wash my "hands" with them on, then keep working. They do discolor easily, usually turning a bit green-ish in color at the palm, but that just shows how durable these have been in my experience. Harbor Freight 5mils have torn far more easily.

Oh wait.
If anyone has any questions please let me know, and I'll edit this comment with answers!
1. Is this a good deal?
Probably not BECAUSE woot is a liquidation site and these are being sold at a loss for a reason. Although there's a lot of Covid stock sitting in warehouses, the stuff that needs to be moved like this is typically bad quality and you'll get varying thickness from leather too office toiletpaper translucent
Imo this being a deal is based on your risk tolerance. We sell gloves $35-40 for individual parcel shipping. This deal is suspicious because shipping on gloves (14lbs/1000ct) is usually $15-20 alone. They're taking a huge L on this. Usually we sell gloves palletized for this reason $(8/case usually)
2. What about quality?
Very very manufacturer dependent. Like most products, the majority come from China. And like most products, most "brand name" are just brand you're paying for; they are made in the same factory as no name gloves and just boxed according to the order
With gloves you look at palm and tip thickness. Bad QC means gloves cooled too quickly and will be inconsistent leading to tearing and thinness.
3. This or vinyl / latex?
All different. Latex is most comfortable, vinyl second, nitrile less. Nitrile is impervious for 99% of things and the remaining 1% are what's called "chemo nitrile" used to administer chemo drugs AND by pharmacies to make drugs.
4. How long do they last?
3-4 years is the regular expiration but Covid in the U.S. allowed reboxing for QC and expectations are now 5 years.
5. Can I use this for ___?
Likely yes. 5 mil I recommend for animal care and cleaning. 6 mil minimum for automotive work and other lighter trade work. 7-8 mil for manufacturing/ sweet spot for automotive or painting
6. What about the color?
Purple gloves are literally just fashion. Your surgeon, biopharma commercials on tv, etc. use purple gloves for no other reason than it looks cool. Blue is fine. PS haylard makes purple gloves and it's $150+ a case vs these at $25. If you really want purple gloves shoot me a DM
7. What's the unit of measurement?
100 gloves (not pairs - EACHES) per box.
10 boxes per case.
8. Can I get these made in USA?
Yes! It's expensive though.
9. Can I cook with these?
Yes food handling safe!
10. I want powdered/ are these powerless?
Yes, it's illegal to sell powdered gloves in the U.S. now due to carcinogenic exposure
***FOR FLIPPERS AND RESELLERS***
1. How's the resell?
Honestly shipping will always kill you. If you have pirate ship you'll get a rate of ~$15 within the state and $20-28 cross country just to ship gloves.
2. So I can't make money?
I didn't say that. Local glove reps can make GOOD money by selling gloves by the BOX. You compete with Amazon but if you do this full time and can deliver same day you can charge a 2-5$ premium per box. I have some resellers we do this for who then sell to restaurants daycares EMS etc. expect 15-35% markup.
3. What's the market look like?
Bleak! The major manufacturers use Amazon to sell below what they sell wholesale and it really is a race to the bottom. If you want to try and start selling look at:
- Amazon
- restaurant depot (local)
- webstaurant
These are your main competitors
Any more questions please ask!
Edit: I see it has a picture of food handling so I will trust whatever I see on the internet.
