The SC28 is also a dumb-UI but you can swap between 3 UI modes.
The TD02 one is set to 5 modes with one mode of a double half-press to get strobe which gets annoying if you miss that half press and gotta toggle through them all again.
For me, this is a hard pass due to the hard-stuck 5-mode toggle bs along with the 18650 non-standard sized battery bs.
