Spoke to customer support
As per him MONITORS10 isn't working because of a technical issue on their end. He said it will be resolved in couple hours.

Also he is saying that this Monitor is not eligible for $75 GC. If that is the case, I'll pass

This seems to be dead. No $75 GC, no 5000 points, no 10% coupon.

If I'm missing something, let me know.

Can you use rewards to pay for the total and still get $75 GC and 5000 rewards?
Not sure if this is like other stores where using rewards negate the earn rewards part.
I used $70 in dell rewards + coupon which resulted in only having to pay $58 total and did get the 5,000 points. No clue about the gift card as many of us are confused on how to check if it'll actually get sent.

It took some time to get the credits. Maybe they get credited once they ship it.

The credit is received the moment the order is shipped and it's registered through Dell's system. FedEx sent me an email saying I was receiving a package from Dell in a few days and it was already on its way. So I checked and the credit wasn't in my account. A few hours later dell sent me an email confirming my order was shipped and the credit was there when I checked.

Did you get points for each monitor or just one?

Got the points but not the $75 GCs yet. I will not be opening the packages until Dell sends out the gift cards. Without them, I will be returning the stuff unopened.
