Gift cards count for the total. They're treated as credit or debit cards. Dell Rewards don't count for the total.
EDIT: Dell offers 3% cashback in rewards. 1 cent = 1 point. 3% of $117 is $3.51 or 351 points. Seeing 5,390 means that you forgot to apply the coupon.

As per him MONITORS10 isn't working because of a technical issue on their end. He said it will be resolved in couple hours.
Also he is saying that this Monitor is not eligible for $75 GC. If that is the case, I'll pass
