Not a huge list but perfume empire (this seller), foreverlux, and giftexpress are three sellers I've bought from before that have been legitimate. I'm sure there are others but I can personally vouch for those.

It's very pleasant, more of a date night special occasion type of cologne. Fair warning it is powdery which some may find "feminine" but doesn't bother me at all. I would say for fall/winter/spring. On my skin it last 6 to 7 hours, more if you spray on your clothes or dab a little Vaseline on your pulse points

I guess you don't realize that eBay is the model for buyer aggregation that other online sites such as Amazon and Walmart have emulated. Amazon and Walmart sell things out of their supply but also serve as just a a store front for 3rd party sellers, which is what eBay does. I've bought items from eBay and never had problems that eBay didn't step in and resolve, including colognes. There are some very reputable sellers of scents on eBay. And there are some to avoid as well, but that's the story with anything you buy on eBay.

There are hundreds of great scent stores in eBay, you have to analyze them is all. Check for sales counts, rep ect*

It's the same as buying from any other store that isn't Amazon, on Amazon.

One of my favorites and something I can wear year round, day or night. Lasts me ~6 hours with 5 sprays.

Opens up beautifully with pineapple and vanilla, but the fruit goes away almost immediately and settles into a lovely woody, vanilla scent. For $32, it's a good and safe blind buy imo

Be warned, the atomizer is absolute trash. I have $10 fragrances that have better atomizers than this.
