I am wonder the same, could you dial #83865625# ( #TFUNLOCK#) and see if you have "Device is SIM UNLOCKED"?
Settings - About phone - shows "Network Lock" and says Locked (none of my other Moto phones have that setting).
Hoping that automatically changes when unlocked.

It's 60 days, not 2 months.
Since this is a new model it may automatically unlock, but procedure can't be verified until someone gets it unlocked & posts it here -
Mine was activated on 6/12 and says unlock on 13th so anytime . . .
Let me check back on you tomorrow, please~~ worship

Mine was Activated on 6/15 says unlock 8/15 is 61 days since last month had 31 days 8/14 would be 60th day.

If you activate on 6/12 60th day would of been 8/11

Didn't know I was first to get it since mine was shipped on 10th (ordered online in morning, fastest delivery I've ever had from ST/Total/TF). Seems like there should be others that ordered early and are at the "anytime" unlock stage too. Guess they aren't posting their results yet or else unlocking for these is just slow.
(Received from UPS on 12th & activated that day but texting 611611 shows unlock on 13th, system isn't always accurate because my previous iPhone 11 unlocked 4 days before expected date).

I had texted the 611611 and got reply eligible for unlock on 13th. Tried this afternoon and got reply already ready for unlock, call unlock department
888-442-5102
I called and gave info was told to restart phone and the unlock may take a few hours. Waiting now.

I'm getting same message - was hoping it would be automatically unlocked like other new phones ☹️

Same date and message, I'm going to wait and see if it unlocks by itself tonight without calling just to test. Maybe needs to be after 9pm since TF is on east coast time. Never needed to call before.
(BTW entering phone number on unlocking policy page says not eligible).

If anyone calls for unlock, what information do you have to provide?

My service on the Moto G ran out (only paid for a month), so I hope I can call in using a different phone number.

But your unlock date is August 13 right from your previous post, right? So I would assume that's the expected result (not eligible).

No, 611611 says already qualified same as other person (that also had 13th unlock date). The date is approximate & often varies by a day or 2 either way.

Just curious, have you tried the www.tfwunlockpolicy.com page and see if they will give you the different instruction compares to older model?
