Here is the response of Motorola to unlock of Tracfone Moto G Power 5G 2024 (XT2415V) in the Lenovo Forum. Basically, it states that Tracfone is only one that can solve the problem.

"Thank you for reaching out. I have received your IMEI via PM and I was able to check into this further. Tracfone, and many other carriers are now using Remote Unlock on some devices, this allows the carrier to unlock your device without the need for an unlock code. Your device uses this remote unlock method.

Since Tracfone stated the phone would be unlocked after 24 hours I would wait until that time has elapsed then try inserting a SIM (not a Tracfone SIM) in the device to see if it works. If it doesn't you may need to reach back out to Tracfone to see if something needs to be updated in their system to allow the unlock.

Unfortunately, Tracfone is the only one that can help with this concern. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Becky"

Better to just order it online at Straight Talk website then. You can get 2 of them for $75 and also get around $7 back from cash back shopping site.

Have the phone and it's finally carrier unlocked. But to my dismay, there is preloaded software that installs bloatware (games/apps) from "com.tracfone.preload.accountservices" If you try to remove accountservices with adb, you are told "Failure: package is non-disable." If you try to unlock the bootloader to root the phone, you can't. Apparently common with all Verizon/Tracfone/ST phones. Having a phone that regularly installs crapware on your phone, and you are powerless to stop it? That's a non-starter for me. Would not have purchased if I realized.
And to be clear, it's not that the phone comes with bloatware (you can remove it), but that the phone will continue to reinstall bloatware whenever there is an android update. I think I'll just have to cut my losses and pony up more for a phone next time.

I opened the package, setup the phone and text that 611611 number with unlock x2. I used the phone normally for a month until it expired. Did the same with phone 2 after the first one expired.
Did both phones unlock on the same day? Seeing as you activated the second phone afer 30 days, I'll be interested to know

Do I unlock it on the device or do I call them? 611611 just says I have no network access. My Samsung was an option in the settings.

If I create a different account with the same address, will it be ok? So they won't allow to order more than 2 in the same account?

They've had limit of 2 per account for a while (there was a glitch at beginning of deal & people were able to order more but they stopped it within a few days).

How to remove the credit card from the account? I tried it and the error said "Sorry, something went wrong".

You have to change the settings in the Play Store App. Open the app go to your account go to settings, then Network Preferences then change the App Download Preference from Over Any Network to Ask Me Every time. This should stop it from happening in the future.

Open Settings, go to Apps, select See All Apps. In the upper right hand corner, select Show System Apps. Scroll down to Mobile Services. Select that and click Force Stop then Disable.

Uninstall all of the games and apps it automatically installed. They won't reinstall as long as this system app is disabled. Mobile Services is a notorious bloatware app that carriers use to install the junk you described.

If you don't use Facebook services, you can also disable the 3 apps under Meta (App Installer, App Manager and Services) safely.

Personally, I also disabled Swish, MySites, Games and Glance as I have no use for them.

You will have to disable the same apps in case you set up multiple user profiles using the same phone.
Cheers.

The number of apps is so ridiculous. I think I counted 2 solitaire games, and maybe 8 other games.

Mine finally unlocked after complaining to the FCC. Maybe all the FCC pressure forced them to figure out their s*it.
