ROCCAT brand is technically no more. They were bough out by Turtle Beach. No judgements on the products of either company but in case this matters to any potential buyers.

Alright, I have the ROCCAT Kone XP AIR Version of this. Now, it's a great mouse, in theory. I did develop the scroll issue. (scrolling up would sometimes scroll down, and scrolling down would sometimes scroll up). I was able to RMA by sending pics within the warranty period. (4th mouse that I'm on now has NOT developed the issue).

Now, the RMA process required me sending a picture of the mouse with RMA number. They let me keep the defective mouse. I took this as an opportunity to take it apart and see what the issue was. Apparently the sensors are too sensitive blah blah blah, anyways, What ended up fixing (at least for a bit) the old one, was me ISOLATING (cut a plastic straw short that would around the small round thing (Blue wheel in that scroll wheel picture) and used hole a small piece of paper towel to keep it clean) the scroll area and applying some WD40 so it doesn't get on anything else...

In short, The mouse is Excellent in functionality. However the Software is SHIT. Only SWARM one worked much better than the SWARM 2, which does a shit job at saving profiles and autoswitch, blah blah blah.
