Typically Quest bars have best by date 1 year from mfg. These would still be fine.

As long as they're not expired, microwaving will soften them up pretty good. That said, getting the bars directly from quests website are always the softest, freshest bars but definitely cost more than the Amazon deal, plus you have to pay shopping
